We’re hiring a Junior UX Researcher to help the team make data-driven decisions by talking to users and turning what you learn into clear, actionable insight. You’ll plan and run user interviews and usability tests — recruiting participants, writing guides, moderating sessions — then synthesise findings into themes and recommendations that genuinely drive design decisions, while helping build a repository so learnings aren’t lost. It’s an ideal role for someone early in their research career with some hands-on experience, strong listening skills and curiosity about people, the ability to turn messy qualitative data into a clear story, and a collaborative, coachable attitude.
